It is a key device that relates to the juicing rate in the production of fruit and vegetable juices. It is widely used for juicing berries, pome fruits and various vegetables. The equipment adopts
multistage folded roller pressurization and multistage pneumatic roller pressurization with large juicing force and high juicing rate. The equipment has such features as energy saving, high automatic degree, automatic material feeding and discharging, continuous operation, good adaptability, sufficient pressure filtration, low water containing rate in filter cake, convenient operation and
maintenance etc. Therefore, it is a device with high juicing efficiency. The equipment increases juicing rate of fruits by 20~ 35 , and the juicing rate is up to 75~ 80 ( according to materials) , which reduces production cost greatly, and improves enterprise' s economic benefits.
The equipment can also be used for pressure filtration and dehydration of some powders and slurry materials in food, chemical industry, environmental protection and light industry etc. Industries.
